Most likely shipped by USPS. My fender came in today by mail. Nothing like getting the shaft on shipping cost. Paid $20 for $5.67 service. And there's a crack in the fender to boot. Awesome.

 

I think we should set a minimum post count for people to use our classifieds. Further rule: If you misrepresent your product (substantially) you could get banned from posting to classifieds - period. Most of the people that hang here either race the bike or are street savy and want their bikes perfect. I don't mind hanging a used part on my bike - I gotta problem with bent parts being sold as used - junk being sold as repairable.

 

Man, this is not the place to shaft folks on shipping or on parts...that belongs on Ebay!!

I am sure if you take this to the PM's with this individual, you and he can work something out for a good outcome...

Since we don't have a feedback system and there are others that have purchased from this person, I feel that I should express my satisfaction or lack of right here on this thread where the transaction took place. It's not like I'm going to the general forum and badmouth someone out of the blue. Besides, if I were happy, I would not have hesitated to express my feelings on the positive side.

So, here's how I would have described the fender I received.

VTR front fender, originally red but repainted blue with a rattle can, repaired once but another crack developing. Scale of 1-10, I would give it a 3.

As you can see, a clear description would have solved a lot of problems down the road. The seller just posted front fender $35. Then $20 for shipping. I paid in a timely manner. And what I received what not what I planned on.

If this is not the place to express one's opinion because we're more or less a bunch of friends that share the same enthusiasm for the VTR, then it's also not the place to unload junk on our friends.

Say bro', I'm sure this wheel and axel have not been shipped otherwise you would have came back with a tracking number as soon as you recieved it. I've been more than patient and given you more than enough time to ship with more than enough for shipping. Can't say you missed my messages because as soon as you visit the site a window opens up in your face letting you know you have a pm. This really sux being that this is all I needed to get my bird on the road as I've also told you in pm's. Put yourself on the recieving end of this deal you'd be frustrated as hell if you were me. Tell you what just paypal the $160. back and we'll both be out of each others hair. Anybody have a front wheel for sale with reasonable shipping charges that don't mind waiting a couple of weeks to get my funds back up?

 

Don't buy from this loser! Had to get PayPal involved. If that doesn't work out then I have a couple of cards up my sleeve, his call. Tired of playing with this guy.
