Here's a quick pic with a brand new red fairing. I have a degree in graphic design and "how well does it match" is still a pretty subjective question. I can also take 20 pictures of 20 different red superhawks and every one looks a shade different in the photos. It's a textured vinyl seat cover vs a clearcoated gloss painted fairing. I think it looks pretty close...not quite as "red" as the passenger portion of a Sargent seat. Hope this is helpful. Thanks for all the questions. I've got one of those on a red bike. It looks great. I always have the cowl over the rear part. I had an upholstery shop install it and I asked the guy to put in an extra layer of stiff foam. I like it a lot. the color match is good to the bike and the seat is comfy. I'll add that the bike had a second look seat cover when I bought it. I replaced it with another one that I got from a member because the red had started to fade towards pink because the bike had been left outside for a long time. If you park your bike in the sun all day it may fade.
