1) What are these things, and 2) Did you join the forum for the sole reason of finding them?

They are just for show. They just sit on your helmet and look awesome. Nope I have a 2000 VTR1000F. Im looking to make it a batman themed bike and I think that the fin kit would finish the look im going for perfectly! I have everything on order right now and the current fairings off. It winter here in Alberta so im feeding my addiction in rebuilding my bike a bit

That needs to be all black to be batman. Looks more like a power ranger in that pic. I would like to see pics of this VTR in the theme of batman

I dont get where these go on the helmet, off the back like a Roman gladiator wreath?

Batman themed bike? Ok Canadian members, this is all your responsibility. I mean, at least make it a Vancouver canucks theme. Or maybe a Labbatts logo bike. Are you wearing a cape or underoos?

You guys huge on halloween up there in the great white north?

Don't blame all Canadians for this! Lol...

People in glass houses Smokin'Joe. - Remember the Simpsons bike? I'm all for people doing what they want with their machines, but that thing was bad. I blame the whole US for that abomination!

I don't think he is trying to make a bat-pod replica... Think he is making a superhawk with some extra fins and graphics

Yeah, Matt, that was a dark moment fot the US of A. Vietnam and the simpsons/pride bike. I blame the whole stystem, the disparity between rich and poor, the healthcare dilemma.

But yeah, still not sure whats goin on up there. You guys must have some serious spring fever. I know I do, and I am still riding.

The hidden shame of America...

But, its a show bike?!

My spring fever has kicked in bigtime. I'm thinking of walking around the house wearing my new leathers. Maybe I'll sleep in them.

Winter is for making babies and drinking beer. Perhaps hockey if I liked it... No babies for me though, not yet at least.

ICON Replacement FSB Fin Kit

Try this place, the ad shows it was updated in 2013 but they are $40

If that doesn't work.... Call lane split motorsports at 1-888-316-6455
They had 10 pair listed on eBay @$28 that didn't sell. Maybe just didn't relist them

The even sexier part of that bike, besides it's good looks and improved chassie parts (and the bonus fact that it's running my leftover SP1 swingarm) is that the owner has tore down the engine and rebuilt if from the ground up with near unobtainum bits, so it's now full on Stg 1 engine, and missing a few bits for a full Stg 2... It should run around 115 bhp at the rear wheel, or better, hasn't been on a dyno yet, since he wants to break it in after the rebuild first...
