Moriwaki Belly Pan - excellent condition $250+shipping

This has been sitting in garage for 2 years since I changed swingarms - the underbracing just doesn't fit the pan so I removed it. here are some pics- its hard to capture carbon fiber and lots of light reflections look like everything else....... so here is an accurate description. Pics below, and one on the bike a couple years ago. I take very good care of my stuff though I am not a big polisher:

Used very little. bought new.
Doesn't have:
-scrapes, burns, cracks, rock chips, rub marks etc.
Does have:
-I slightly enlarged 2 of the under holes (dremel carbide tip). They are the slightly wider holes on bottom of pan. To me they seemed closer to header than I liked and i wanted to avoid burning - you can still see heat changes in adjacent CF on inside of pan only.
-a couple very fine spidering in outer clear coat - one picture I am pointing to it on upper mid left side. If you look at the bigger pic of the left side you can see its mostly insignificant. I am guessing with clear coat swirl remover most could be removed.
-All mounting brackets and bolts included

They are very rare - not sure still available. Its in excellent shape, not a whole lot different exterior than when delivered. Price is $250, firm. You pay shipping (will take a box big enough to pad safely). While I love all you guys I am not going to play "hold it for me", "dibs" etc. or be able to keep track of who's where in line. PM me for info and to buy it - saying I call it on the thread won't do it. I've been burned before through nobodys fault, except hard to keep track of I'm sure so lets just do it this way. First one that PM's, says they want it and follows through with paypal in 24 hours gets it, end of story. If no one wants it here i'll probably go to ebay.

Get that thing on there pronto so I can tolerate looking at the pics of your bike for more than 5 seconds! Cause it could use some help

I bet that thing weighs close to the same as the chin guard that you have on there...

Dude, great bike. This is going to top it off!

True dat! However, I am quickly running out of modding options....

BTW, I have had my eyes on one of these for a long time but couldn't justify the cost for a new one. Now, I have one LOoking forward to seeing how it fits on the bike (should blend in well with the carbon front fender, case covers and air scoops though, he he

So Dammit, Micky... Now that you have all the dam toys.. I orderd a carbon fiber radiator airscope from Durbahn for the the 2001 S-hawk - should coordinate with the carbon exhaust cans..... Thanks for the info...

Micky, since you're going to make a set of brackets for this to fit on your bike, or if it comes with brackets, could I trouble you for some detailed pics and measurements please. I have one sitting in the garage waiting on my lazy *** to figure them out. Sure would be nice if someone could do the work for me.

Bill, let me know if you have already done the exercise or not (and still have the results, of course). There is no sense me doing it again if you already have the required info.....

cheers

I don't know how, or why I happen to still have a copy of the email from last june. but I just resent to you greg. let me know if you get it. Pictures of the brackets off from Micky might also be helpful as mine are on the bike when taken.

You can get one just like it from Streetfighters By Design in Florida.

It is the exact same design, but made by Skidmarx and not carbon fiber-ish.

Honda

Mine was 199 plus shipping, email sbd@davidcork.com

Searching for bracket specs?

I realise this thread is over 6 years old... but I've just bought a moriwaki style belly pan (very similar to the one in the picture - a direct rip-off in fact but in fibreglass not carbon fibre).

Would anyone that has this style of belly pan please do me a solid and post some pics/sizes/specs of the brackets to mount it? I'd be eternally grateful!

Macca

That looks superb. The bike should have come with a pan like this; it totally finishes the look/feel. Can't wait for the pics of the brackets and thank you again - my belly pan has sat in my closet for over a year and it's time to get it on the bike :-)
