Just pay shipping
I have a CBR900RR shock that I purchased a long while back that I will send to whom ever (in lower 48) for $15.00. I originally purchased it off ebay planning on having Jamie work it over. I chose the 900 over the F4 because of the preload adjuster being on top and easier to get a wrench on and the reservoir has a longer hose. Functionally the 900 shock ends up bering the same as the F4 when finished, IIRC. Now that Jamie is offering the the shock upgrade as a complete package (he supplies the shock) I don't know if there is any money to be saved (by you supplying the shock) with shipping costs. I have not done the research to be able to say. I'll leave that to you.
Again $15 anywhere in the lower 48 states.

Xeris, do you know from what year it's from ? I'm in PM's with Jamie right now, and he mentions the caveat varies in length over the years.
I need to find the one that matches the stock one on the VTR.

As to the shock length it is somewhat of a moot point as the length of the 900 and F4 are shorter than the SH. Jamie supplies a machined part that lengthens the shock.
