Gauging interest 98 hawk
So I have found a couple of bikes that have peeked my interest what would my bike be worth to someone else???
or is anyone looking or know someone who is looking.
35k miles jardine high mount exhaust. jetted rectifier upgrade. LED tail hid headlight led's added to bike.

Nice bike. Definitely would have considered if you were in the area. Several of my friends love mine, and are interested in purchasing one. Let me know if you plan to list.

What do you think a fair price would be? I would love to get 3 for it, for the time and attention to some details it has and some of the customization on it. But real life all dictates something else.
Just curious on what anyone thinks I could get?

Looks like a nice bike. I would think 3k would be a reasonable starting price. That being said, I bought my 03 two years ago for 3,500 with only 5k miles so you may need to come down a bit. Maybe list it for $2,800 obo?? Or just keep it. A few years from now, you're gonna miss it. ;-)

Ok reviving this thread does anyone know someone looking? 38,000 miles fresh pilot 4's put on. Located in the Midwest possibly deliver or meet.

As per the classified rules, posting a price would perhaps help your sale. You may also add OBO if you're not sure your price is fair.

Looks like a nice clean ride, unfortunately they just don't hold their value. I'd say $2000 or less is what you're realistically looking at....If you list it for $2500 there's a chance someone might come offer $2000 or so.
I bought my 98 for $3400 with 16k miles, and the motor was full of Moriwaki parts and had the moriwaki Ti exhaust. Original owner super clean. Not really apples to apples but for close to $3000 someone could probably find a really nice low mileage unit that's newer.

I think 25 is very fair. At this point I need to get some tire kickers! so I can move on a new bike!

I think any bike, in good nick, over 750cc should be worth $3000 if you consider what new bikes cost now days. That is if you are close to a major market city. If you are out in the sticks I would think you would have to take less just because your list of potential buyers is so much smaller.

Well I'd certainly also list it on CL to start. Consider ebay also with a higher reserve since you'll get nationwide exposure and may sell it via that exposure without selling it "through ebay" and hence just pay the listing fee.
My 2 cents, after selling several of these bikes in slightly varying conditions in the past...If you detail the bike and take some nicer outdoor daytime pics of it you should be able to get around $2500 for it, at least around here in FL anyway. You may be able to get a few bucks more if you don't mind sitting on it for a little while but I don't think alot more. I think $3500 is dreaming...again at least around here.

So last year I barely rode the bike looking to part ways at this point. 4 boys in baseball no time to ride. Put brand new tire on at the end of 15 they haven't seen 500 miles. Have all gear as well and my wife's gear 2 speed and strength helmets 3 speed and strength jackets one women's and 2 men's one full mesh other textile 2 pair of gloves. 3000 for everything!!!

If you want to get the absolute most money, sell everything separately.
If you want to get even more money than that, take your original stuff and put it back on, and sell the aftermarket stuff separately.
If you want to get so much money you can't even believe it, part the whole thing out and sell it piece by piece.
