Around an inch to an inch & 1/2 lower and a little further forward.

They will work on the SV650 too ! (any with 41mm fork tubes)

They are Polished silver clamps with matte silver bars

Do they require adjustments to be made to the brake MC reservoir or clutch perch?

No, the only adjustment to those is made when you clamp on the lever assembly. You do not have to modify the brake of clutch master cylinder mounts.

It's a pretty easy install...
The throttle stop "set pin" hole has already been drilled.
I removed the 'set pin' nubs from my switches so I didn't have to drill any other holes in the Vortex bars. I used a rubber strip between the bar & switches to give more grip. (an old bicycle tube cut to fit with scissors)
Never had a problem with either switch moving.

OR.....
You could drill your own holes in the bars for the switches "set pins" if you want.
