I'd be interested in the whole front end, how much to ship to Winnipeg,MB by Canada Post? Not to sound like too much of a *****, but I'll have to run it by my wife first, got a baby on the way too, and she might have something to say about me bringing home bike parts as winter will be here in 3 weeks and our baby will be here in 5!

Most likely less than $100 and it will have to arrive in several boxes. What ever they charge me, I've pass it on. Just let me know if you get the ***** pass.

If scooter chooses not to go ahead with the deal (more bluntly: his wife won't let him ), I'll take the rim and the calipers. That is, if you'll ship to Norway (Oslo, postal code 0671).

Scooter: If you can swing it, go for it. Winter in 3 weeks sounds a lot like what it's like here. A new baby to care for and a front end to rebuild sounds like an excellent way to spend the winter. Though, speaking from experience, you may not get as much time in the garage as you'd hoped for

Hallstein, use this company... www.jetcarrier.com... I'm using them to get things from the US to me in Sweden, should be even cheaper for you in Norway... That way the seller only ships US ground and then you get the cheapest possible bulk shipping across the pond... Not just usable for this possible transaction, but for shopping on eBay and such as well...

Unfortunately, this won't be bought by me....the minister of finance laid down the law...the phrase "ask me how a set of forks will help with a baby" came out a few times....pretty much zoned out after that. Me and my newly separated ***** are gonna get better aquainted now. Whoever else wanted this stuff, it's yours!

On tweety's advice, I registred with jetcarrier.com, so now I've got a US postal address to use whenever that's more convenient. Thanks, tweety

Hi Calitoz,
Besides the bars, what is missing for a complete swap?
Has anything been done to the forks internals i.e. springs, etc?
Shipping isn't an issue for me, I'm in Sudbury.

Cheers,

I need some parts to complete my 06' CBR1000RR swap

I need the triple trees, upper and lower and bearing. I already have an 06 CBR1000RR Forks, calipers, m/c and lever. I still need a front wheel and bearings (I have a black 900RR rear), front fender, and some clip ons. Let me know what you have available and cost including shippin to Palm City, FL. 34990. Thanks, Brad.
