One 98-01 speedo/tach upper cover. This is the black part that covers everything. This one has a mark in it from the sun, one small piece missing at the bottom which does not affect the functionality, and a hairline crack in the speedo glass, as shown. I got a new one because it was bothering me. So if yours is AFU this is probably better than what you have. Pic attached...
