Re-Spring
Jamie can supply a spring for $85.00, thats where I got this one. I can install it before shipping. Maybe we can ask Jamie for a Discount on a new spring with this one in trade, brand new just installed, never mounted on bike. maybe Jamie?

jamie/steppdt,
With you 2 working together how much would this shock be shipped to me? Sprung for the 150-160lb. I figure it would be easier and less shipping if it came to me from either one of you instead of shipping to me and then to you and then back?? if you know what I mean.
Thanks

Rollin, I shot Jamie a pm to see if he's talking a trade in situation, ( don't know if he keeps a bit of stock or not) or I you'ld need to buy a spring, either way I can install it and then send ya the shock. Like I said, this shock was never installed, no use on any of it, just sprung for my er.. riding style, yeah, riding style.

Dave,
Ok,
If you can go ahead and get spring from Jamie and install for me and then it to me I'll take it for price quoted in pm.
Let me know how you want payment. Pay-pal is ready and waiting.
thanks,
Bill

Dave,
$$$ has been sent to your Pay-Pal acct. Now if I can ever get my wrist working again maybe I can put this money to use that I have spent, since I haven't even been on a bike since Nov. This is all the biking I have been doing .
Thanks,
Bill

Mount for F600 Gas Cylinder
Guys, whoever buys this shock is getting a great piece, Jamie made one up for me this winter. Very supple, but firm enough to make the potholes no big deal. When I had mine made up, I designed and had built 2 support brackets for the gas cylinder, I still have one left. It's brushed ss, very rugged. Jamie's seen one and I can send a photo by PM to anyone interested.

Bluestreak, I didn't get this from Jamie, just looked at what he was doing and being stubborn, had to try it for my self, even against Jamie's counsil, as the operation is quite the project if you don't have the facility to do all of whats needed. I do have access to those facilities and, with Jamie's input for a spring for my weight, went ahead and proceeded. I bought a gold valve kit, new seals and shock oil, and machined up a complete new lower metering block/extension and spring perch for the Hyperco spring. Charging the shock was easy for me as we have the equipment to do that here at the shop. I think it turned out great, wish I coulda tried it on my own hawk, but, life is what it is.
Rollin20z has purchased it and I'm going to re-spring it for his weight. Thanks to all.
