If I part the bike (and I'd MUCH rather not, it's a good bike and deserves to live)
all the parts to do the front end will be a bundle (triple clamps, wheel, brakes, axle, handgrip controls, bar risers, cables, front fairing, etc.) and it will be $500.

that all sounds like a good deal. I'll be watching this thread, in a few weeks when your making your trip I may be interested in some parts. I could use a motor, but if you had a pile of parts left maybe we can make a deal.
I live north of Baltimore, MD, which should be close to your path, you will probably hit interstate 95 at some point.

Thanks zmaniv, I'm surprised that it's taking so long to sell here $1100 -bring your own pipes has got to be the lowest price ever for a superbly well set up 'hawk ($1399 with choice of hi-mount TBR or standard mount D&D)

your bike
I know we have talked about this before but I am curious what you're trying to get for your bike. I notice you haven't had any bites at all. I live near Chicago and was curious if that would be considered "on the way" to your destination. Has anything from your bike sold yet?
