Everything works but you don't know mileage? When you hooked it up to make sure it works, why didn't you look at mileage?

Sorry to blow your bubble. Fits 2001 to 2005. If you're just looking for a plug'n'play, pre '01 has a different connector.

Unfortunately

Part of me wants to try to make a connector though so I can use the newer gauges on my bike.. I really just want the clock, is that sad? :lol

You would also need a float for the fuel tank as the fuel gauge is digital and you would need the later temp sender unit.

If your really just looking for time. I still have in my stock, brand new, analogue clock, specially made for motorcycles you can stick anywhere you want. If I remember well, it glows in the dark also.

Or, just go with a Sigma Bicycle Computer....Like this.....Although I used it because it gave a real legible digital speed.

I prefer the gauges on my 98 to the 01 and later gauges. The 180mph speedo on the Hawk is hard enough to read on the 98, but when they cut a quarter out of it and crunched the numbers even closer together on the 01. What were they thinking?

Have to agree, the speedo is my least favorite part of the gauge cluster on my '02. I like the wireless digital bicycle option, maybe mounted much closer to the field of view out my full face Shoei.
