I need some help. I've replaced the starter relay cause I started getting a buzzing sound from it. My battery is good. But it is still doing the same thing with the new relay. Ive checked both sides of the relay one has 13 volts but when I try and start it i get nothing on the other side. No power at all. Could it be bad also.

 

Try jumping the starter directly if it doesnt turn over your starter could be bad or you could also have a bad ground somewhere...

On another note, this is a 10 year old thread and your problem is unrelated to the original post so next time make a new thread
