outside 6-7 litres/100 km

 

it's a big twin w/ the largest carbs ever offered by honda; it sucks fuel. but what 1000cc sportbike doesn't? you'll have to do the math, there are more than a few threads that discuss this in detail (search!). but expect 40 miles per gallon +/-

 

My 2001 gets just about the same mileage as yours, Merlyn, except it's never been as good as 6 litres/100 km.

 

I get 41 average mpg on my '02.
