i was doing my ccts,got the rear all snapped up no problems,started to do the front,did a slow as possible back out,couldnt go slower and heard some sort of a click or something pushing up to the top.what does this mean and do i have to take the cover off the head

 

Yes you need to remove the front valve cover and check the valve timing per the manual. Too risky to run until you do.

 

lo please tell me it could be done in about 30 mins or so.

 

If you are ultra fast maybe.
