Upgrading fork internals

Ok i tried to search but came up with squat.
If I upgrade the fork springs should I do the racetech gold valves? Should I do the rebound valves as well?
Size wise I am over 220 without gear. I don't want to have my front end wash out like I did on my F2.

I dont know what else is out there besides springs, but if you can find more let me know how it works out. I put in stiffer springs and 10w oil, then went to 7w and was happy with that.

The VTR forks have two problems, spring rate, and valving. In my opinion, I would not go to the trouble of removing and disassembling the forks without doing both at the same time. Gold Valves is a Racetech brand name and will do the job for you in conjunction with the correct springs for your weight.

If you want a full job, the shock needs valving too. Spring is ok for anyone who weighs up to about 95kg.

Springs a valves are a very common upgrade. There is a rebound modification you can make instead of buying the racetech kit (Search rebound need mod).... although many people are completely satisfied with just the correct spring and the valves.
