TBR slip on repack question

Has anyone rebuilt a set of Two Brothers Racing Carbon Fiber slip ons? Is it worth it to buy two kits from them at $21 each or is there a cheaper way? It looks like the kits are just some fiberglass batting and a couple of rivets.

you could buy the silent sport packing material & go to your local ACE hardware and buy some large head 1/8" rivets.

i didn't notice that it was any quieter but for oval cans it's easier to pack loose fill than it is to wrap the fiberglass.

I had to repack my Devils cans a few weeks back. EASY job. I got a universal two-brothers packing kit for $15 on Ebay. I think you could probably just take apart a car muffler if $$ is tight. Chopper guys used to use steel wool.
