suspension setup

suspension setup

How do you guys go about adjusting the suspension seting on the bike. Is there a procedure you guys follow or its simply by feel.

lol....Greg really is the answer man. I think I've got a pretty good idea but I'm sure I'll screw it up if I try to explain. Just remember to start with sag, that's the most important part. For that you'll need all your gear on and a buddy. I'll let Greg give you the how to if he wants to.
