Speedo Cluster not working....

I wrecked my bike back in Oct and started the rebuild on it this weekend. Everything is in great working condition except the guage cluster does not come on. The turn signals and headlights and all that light up but the speedo, rpms, and odometer will not come on...the guage cluster does not appear to have any damage so I was wondering if there is a fuse or relay somewhere on the bike that may cause that not to work. I appreciate any feedback that may help. Thanks

I've blown the gauge fuse before on my '02. 10 amp fuse for Meter/Tail/Illumination according to the manual. Might serve the marker lights on front blinkers but not the turn signals. Think that's how I blew it.

Shows separate fuse for odometer. Might be a connection.
