Setting digital clock

Hey All,
I've got a 2001. Does the clock only read in military time or can it be change to 12 hour time? Don't have a owner's manual and can't find one. Sevice manual does address the clock that I saw anywhere.
Thanks

yeah its pretty gay that it only does the 24hr format, but i do know how to set it.

all you do is below the digtal readout there are two buttons one for trip and one for clock. press and hold the clock button, until the time starts flashing, then release it. then everytime you press that button it jumps 1 min. then what i do is when i get to the time i want simply turn the key off and it sets.

hope that helped, normally im the one asking for help XD

If you keep the button in it starts going fast as a bitch too. No 12 hr clock according to those who would know.

Thanks guys,
I can set the time, just didn't know if there was a sequence of pushing/holding button to change format.

That's a real fucked up thing to do and now that you've posted it here EVERYBODY knows, the clock, the Hawk, even God. You may be able to be booted from the forum for that!

There are about twenty-five of them currently on Ebay, about half of which are for a later model...

So which is it? Is it lame or is it gay? Just trying to clarify...

Sorry the '02 I'm parting out no longer had the owner's manual or I'd check it for you. Maybe someone else can chime in...

Just sell the damned thing and get an older one and you won't have that problem

Aw man just swap to a CBR dash and get 12h clock, digital speedo better gas guage and temp guage. Plus you can make the FI light come on when the fan is on.
