Seat Lock Help

Can anyone tell me what parts I need for this seat lock? I'm helping my friend fix his bike after he wrecked it and I can't tell what all is missing.
Thanks

I relocated my lock, but that shouldn't make a difference..

Thank you for the pictures, that helps me a lot. I had looked at the diagram on ron ayers before posting but wasn't sure what all was needed. Looks like part of 12 is still there but not all of it. Thanks again guys for the help.

When you order it, don't forget the bolt to hold it in place, and may as well get the arm that holds the wiring also, it goes on the bolt as well.
