rear caliper dragging

Hello my rear caliper is dragging upon inspection i noticed where the rear bolt for the caliper mount goes the aluminum is grinding against the rotor are my bearings out? How do i adjust it? The adjusters are even for front to back but the caliper mounting bracket is rubbing the rotor any ideas?

Without knowing more, set up, parts used, crashes or other damage, parts recently replaced..

Wrong parts used, bent caliper mount.. Worn bearings could cause the brake disk mounted to the hub, to rub the caliper mount, but they would have to be really worn, and it would be obvious,, just grab the wheel and see if you have lateral movement.
