odd noise and running bad suggestions

so out of the blue the other day the hawk starts backfiring and popping and i notice a odd not terribly loud marbles in a metal bucket sound coming from the rea cylender. and it has NO power whatsoever, but it does start fairly easily still...

im afraid i know the answer but i dont have time to deal with it, looking for thoughts and opinions to further my fears.

Cam chain Tensioner, 23 bucks for the new manually adjustable ones.. i have no idea how to adjust them though

Here was my senario.... the bolts fell off my rear header mount came off and one was bouncing between the sprocket and the case.. My bike ran like crap and backfired heavily..i couldnt figure out that nasty noise at all.. the bolt finally ripped out the counter shaft seal..causing a leak,... i tore it all apart and wallah.. fixed the leak.. bought new bolts, and no more backfire..i was lucky my case and sprocket didnt get damaged to heavily. i think you either lost those same bolts or you need cam chain tensioner help...
