I will look at EBC or Galfer.

My original OEM disks lasted for 30,000 miles performing fine, so replaced them with Honda ones.

I can't testify to the life of the OEMs as I'm the 2nd or 3rd owner and the bikes got about 42k on it. They've got plenty of meat however they are slightly warped which is bothersome when getting on the fronts with anything more then a slight pull. I have been looking at the EBCs with the square-drive pins and they sound pretty good as they resist warpage. Price point is decent compared to everyone else, cheaper than OEM too.

confirm with dial guage if the rotors are truly warped or just glazed before spending money on the replacement. Some times the bottuns can get stuck and feel like warped rotors. I'd try to confirm the buttons are not and the rotor still floats in the carrier too. I had this happen on an f4i.

Pad material transfer to the rotor often causes a grabby, "warped" feeling to brake action.. As suggested above, confirm with a dial indicator the rotor is actually warped.

After that.. EBC lites or OEM is where Id look to

If you want to ease the job use the 3m paint removal wheel available at depot. I have the set of rolocs but they take way longer than the wheel (same company, ones just beefier).

I agree you should check thickness. The minimum is stamped on the rotor itself.

You need to remove the front wheel and flip the rotors to get the other side (FYI).

Also, take the pads out and check them for glazing. Sand them with like 100 grit paper (put the paper on a flat surface and slide pads over it in circles). Do this til the surface looks dull & uniform.

I like galfer rotors over ebc. They tend to be thicker and give better feel. (I have used both brands).
