Main Air Jet size???

Hi, I am trying to build DIY Flo-commander, but i need to know what is the exact size(in mm) of the main air jet

the center jet of the pic

i got a precisious aif flow control valve but it is 1,5mm
but i think it is too small for the purpose, so i may use it for the pilot circuit which is smaller

i can get 2 or 3mm, but need to know what the MAJ size is before make up my mind
i will not double the size of the MAJ because the two carbs will not suck the air at the same time so the end hole will be the air that each carb will get

I think mikstr uses a Flo Commander on his VTR. Perhaps he can help you.

I have a FC and currently have my airbox off while doing some work. If I think of it I will try to get some measurements tonight when I get home and report back tomorrow.

Ok. My eyes are getting old but these dimentions are P.D.C.
Tubing ID=5mm
Tubing OD=7mm
In my opinion you can probably find better tubing at your hardware store than is supplied, but...
Main Jet Adapter Length=21mm
Main Jet Barbed Portion = 9mm
The adapter OD over the main jet diameter is about 7mm.
The adapter...Kind of blurry pics

To make your carbs less susceptible to side wind gusts and hard braking stalling, do this simple mod (also see superhawk996.net which is Greg Nemish's site) http://www.superhawk996.net/stumbleafterbraking.JPG
