Exclamation Leo Vince exhaust - need help

Hi

So i bought em, looks damn nice.

The vtr run fine with the db killers in, np there.

But when i remove the db killers, the problems started. about 4.5-5k rpm it start to run "funny" like it aint getting enouch fule.

I took out one of the sparks plugs, and they look kind of white in the top.

So what do i need to do. raise the needel in carb ?. new main jets ?

Any suggestions ?

Jens.

It is lean. Do you have a jet kit installed, do you know what jet sizes are in there? In any case, try raising the needled one clip (drop the clips on notch) to address your immediate problem, or put one washer under the oem needles if that is what you have. You can get them at RadioShack:

Model: Flat Washers | Catalog #: 64-3022

Problem solved :-P

Raised both needels a bit, the front got a new washer in, the rear have to washers in.

Front plug looks fine now :-P

The rear plug is still a bit white, maybe a new jet a bit higher or raise needel a bit more ?

Any suggestions ?

Jens
