Idle too high, and cutting other times
I haven't dug into this too deep just yet, but I just took the bike out for the first time and it seems to be running a little funky. First thing I noticed is the idle was way to high, around 2200. So I adjusted the throttle stop, but it didn't drop the idle any. So I decided to put around the neighborhood, and what I found was it would sometimes die out coasting to a stop. So I got off, turned the throttle stop back up, and that issue was eliminated. But it would still idle at 1000 sometimes, and 2200 other times. If it was at 1000, and I blipped the throttle, it would go up to 2200ish and stay there. I had the carbs off for cleaning recently, so either out of sync or a stuck slide is my thought?

I guess it's also worth mentioning, that the choke doesn't make a difference in the way the bike runs. Which makes me thing something is letting too much fuel in. Maybe a choke needle is sticking. I'll pull the plugs and see if I can narrow it to a cylinder.

Turns out, I forgot to connect the vent line and the other one next to it. Whoops. Seems good now, but I will know for sure once I actually take it out again. Snowing now, so probably not til tomorrow. Now to fix my blinker issue... That one should be simple. My multimeter is dead though.
