GSXR controls

So I have been working my way through the wiring of the left and right controls off of what I was told was a 2006 GSXR 750. I got the right side on and am working on the left side but I need some help with the SH wiring diagram?

Post #3 is the color diagram
[ KB ] Superhawk Wiring Diagram - SuperHawk Forum

Hayabusa wiring diagram lines up with the switches I have, here is Tweety's link
*Tweety's Wild Thinking

I am currently wired as follows

green plug
SH=GSXR
Grey = Light Blue- turn signal power in
White = White- headlight low beam power out
White w/green stripe = black w/white stripe- horn power in
Black- ran to clutch switch
Black w/brown stripe- power in for running lights
Orange w/white stripe- left side running light
Lt blue w/ white stripe- right side running light

blue plug
SH=GSXR
Light blue = Lt green- right turn signal
Blue = Yellow- Headlight high beam power out
Blue w/white stripe = Orange- headlight power in
Black = Black w/yellow- clutch switch to starter relay
Orange = Black- left turn signal
Green run to horn

I am unable to get the side stand indicator light or RLOD to light up and the starter will not turn over with the bike in gear and the clutch in. My question is regarding the black with brown stripe wire. If I am reading the diagram correctly this is the wire that provides power for the running lights. The flush mounts that I have do not give me the option for running lights. Is this wire not being hooked up causing the problem with the side stand light or should I start looking else where? Thanks guys

I dont know about the gsxr bits however the side stand circuit from the hawk is pretty simple and straight forward... green is a solid ground all the time... yellow with black suplies a ground to the indicator light with the side stand down and that ground is switched with the stand up to an open (no contact)... green with white gets grounded when the stand down goes into the clutch switch as black comes out with the lever pulled and goes as a green red to the starter relay...as for the neutral safety switch the lg wire needs to be grounded for the starter to be engaged

The green red wire from the clutch switch and the neutral switch share a diode to get to the ignition module for the ignition module to kill the engine when its in gear and the stand is down...

Black with brown is a common power for lighting and has nothing else to do with the system for starting... i dont have running lights in my signals either and it works fine...

Id start by grounding the neutral switch stand switch... if that doesn't worlook into the head light circuit the starter switch feeds that...
