This is not unusual - quite the opposite. Once you crush an engine on a Superhawk most people abandon the bike and move on. You'll like the Aprilia. Much like a Superhawk but a little more refined.

I tested a fz1 last summer and it was very good. Another bike I would ride before I called it quits on v-twins would be the sv1k.

It really is too bad that Honda isn't at least warning the dealerships about this issue, instead they are just ignoring it.

Had you gotten APE CCT's installed before this happened the bike would have lasted hundreds of thousands of miles.

But instead, you are moving on (and no one will blame you for it)
