Engine Problem

Inside the engine where the waterpump drive pulley rides, got damaged. Actually, section fairly large broke off, when my torque wrench was knocked off my cart and fell right in drive gear while I was replaceing the clutch. Has anyone heard of this happening ( not the tool falling) and if there maybe a repair procedure (weld) without complete disassembly and removal? I only have about 1 month left in decent riding season this year, so I am pretty dissapointed right now. Please let me know.

Re: Engine Problem

You might be able to heliarc it. Got any pics?

I'll have a good set of cases by the end of the month (needed a crank - got everything as an assy. on ebay) if you end up needing them.
