Clutch Lever Issues

I have tried and tried to get the clutch lever bled out and for some reason i cant get any pressure in the lines. Anyone know what the problem is? i have blown out the lines and everything.

Keep bleeding and keep topping up the reservoir little and often with fluid till you get a clear bubble free stream. As it's a small reservoir if it runs low and air gets in then you've got to keep pumping and bleeding to get air bubbles out. (a trick is to get a big syringe and suck fluid down from the slave nipple via tubing (again keep reservoir topped up). If all that fails and you don't get enough pressure to work the clutch and establish a bite point.>>

Check the slave cylinder, seals etc and the master cylinder at the lever - seal rebuild kits can be got for both but check the slave cylinder bore as grit can get in and ferk it up so even new seals won't work.

If you go the 2nd hand slave cylinder route the part is the same as the Blackbird's.

A common pitfall is to have a big airbubble sitting by the banjo bolt at the master, move the handlebars around a bit to get that a bit lower down, or bleed it at that point by using a rag and opening slightly...
