I think the cbr's are 41 mm diameter fork legs, so they should fit in the hawks triple clamps. As far as the wheel goes I don't know, you may have to swap the whole front end (wheel, brakes, fork legs, fender) to make it work. I would think you would have to compare front axle sizes and disc diameters to see if they are the same as well.
