Camshaft question
So I'm going to be parting a bike out shortly and it was advertised as having "Moriwaki cams." Forgive me for sounding ignorant but I've looked at a bunch of pictures of both from here and on the web. My question is how can I tell just by looking at them if they're stock or not? All the pics I've looked at online of the stock cams and the Moriwakis look identical. The only difference I noticed was on the end by the sprocket-there are some numbers and very lightly stamped is "WEBCAM." Not sure if they make the stockers though... I see no other differences in the markings or anything else between the two. Thanks in advance for any help.

Well webcam makes a halfway between stg 1 and stg 2 cams. Although they do need aftermarket calve springs (I'm assuming the bike has them) so I would sell those with the cams?
What are you asking for them? I'm interested
I believe for 4 cam shafts as well as valve springs, you pay 6-700 new on their site. They are basically reprofiled stock cams.

They're not Moriwaki. Moriwaki used the same Honda blanks and put no markings on them. I just had some Toyota cams hardwelded and reground by Webcam. They do nice work.
I have my stock VTR cams, which were replaced with Moriwaki stg 1 at about 1500 miles. The lobes measure 1.585" from the base circle to the lobe center. The only markings are RR IN, RR EX, etc. and R1, R5, etc to identify the casting (I guess).
