Bike electrically dead after brake line change

Hello,

I've started replacing the front brake lines and cleaning the calipers and now, mid job, I've noticed that the bike has all it's electrics dead- no lights, no start, no horn- not even the dash clock. I did check the battery and it shows 12.64 (almost fully charged).
Could have touched a wire, but I've removed the dash and couldn't find anything unplugged or broken.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Main fuse is toast, I'll change it and check if it works
