I don't have any idea who the dude on the bottom of the screen recording or taking pics with his cell phone or found his video on youtube or anything yet

What's happened here.... A few bikers that give bikers a bad name tried to shut a 4 lane down. A 67 year old guy drove around them , 3 of them followed him to this gas station and gang beat him while 10-12 "men" watch, recorded (appearently for their home collection) then all left the old man to die in the parking lot. He is in ICU and I'm a detective trying to track the 3 guys down. The one on this bike was stomping his head.

I found that same pic under the google image search "white cbr" and it was connected to some sort of wallpaper d/l's but I'm courious if that graphic is a color/sticker scheme that's factory. The clerk thought this bike was brand new... But guess it was a zx14

Yep, it's the same model bike as in the picture above. 2009 Honda CBR600RR.

Im with Cadbury64. The bike in the video is a white 2006-2007 CBR1000RR. Look at the vent (for lack of better words) in the side plastics. If you place a '06-'07 CBR1000RR and the bike pictured in the video side by side, they match.
