Honda didn't make a 600rr back in 95 but did build a cbr900rr and a cbr600f3 back then.

Shock will be too short. The VTR has one of the longest around. The forks might bolt right up. Don't know for sure.

I bolted on an F4i forks/triples last year. You'll gain more adjustability and 43mm stiffness. Check the performance mods section if you're interested to know more.

The F3 forks are the same size as the Hawk's. It wouldn't be enough of an improvement, if an improvement at all, to go to the trouble.
