Yes.... CBR 929 / 954 had "gullwing" upper triples.

Yep, that's it and I'm running it with minimal mods with RC51 fork legs

I'll add I'm running that lower triple with everything else "RC-51" (upper triple, forks, brakes, rim, etc).
