2001 GSXR 1000 brake lines

I got a 2001 GSXR 1000 brake setup on ebay that came with braided lines and the master cylinder. I installed everything but am concerned with how taught one of the lines is. It is fine when I am on the bike, but taught when I am off the bike so I am worried that a wheelie may not go so well. What brake lines have people used? I am thinking I just need to get some SuperHawk braided lines. Can anyone confirm that that is the solution?

Thanks!

it has been confirmed hawk lines will fit. one line is normally shorter than the other did you install the shorter one on the front brake side? right side caliper?

Yes, the shorter one is on the front brake side. I guess the one GSXR line is just shorter. Unfortunately, I did not have the stock SuperHawk lines to compare to. I will have to track down some aftermarket SuperHawk lines. Thanks for the reply!

This is where I got my set, http://www.cyclebrakes.com/index.html all three for $119 and you get your choice of colors free. Good people and quick shipping as well, you'll be happy with them and the GSXR brakes.

I bought a pair of new braided lines for a busa for $17 dollars shipped thinking they would fit my Bandit, they didnt, so I threw them on my SHawk and they fit nicely!
