WHERE IS MY HUGGER
not a tree hugger, my pyramid rear hugger I ordered from exoticsportbikes.com? I ordered it a month ago so I checked 2 weeks after it was ordered. They said the item was dropped shipped (shipped directly from the manufacturer) Turns out the person at pyramid was on vacation and didn't send it. okay. I understand. I was told to wait another 2 weeks. So I did. And here I am becasue I can't get in touch with customer service for exoticsportbikes.com by phone or email! I have been trying for more than a week I keep getting the automated vioce system saying their are either on the phone or I'm calling during their business hours. WHICH I AM NOT. WHERE ARE THEY? WHERE IS MY HUGGER? THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND I WANT MY HALF OF THE TRANSACTION.WTF.

I hate that situation, i go crazy.. that kind of **** is just bad business.. Start faxing and blowing up the phone... dont give up..I would cancel my order and get my money back out of spite alone, there are many other companies to deal with....

im on the phone with them now its 1:31pm in AZ.. call them
i asked if any where backordered, i told her i heard they had problems shipping them and are backordered...
im still on hold its been 2 minutes

call them talk to a manager, its unfortunate that things like this happen, its probably some jac *** shipping clerk with your parts sitting on his desk.. I had that happen to me at Black Fly sun glasses, sent mine in for repair. 200 dollar glasses by the way.. 2 months later , no glasses and empty promises, i talked to the boss, shipping guy got fired and they sent me 2 new pairs and a t shirt!!!!!!!.... i was pissed and i let him kmow every detail...i was promised a thousand times they were on the way.. a holes...
talk to someone in charge if that doesnt get you anywhere or if he or she isnt totally helpfull and apologetic, then cancel right then and there

I ordered a pyramid lower from www.jesterstrickbits.com in the UK and it was at my door in 6 days here in Canada. I would recommend using them to anyone!
