RideGear.com sucking hind mammalian appendage right now...
Ordered spark plugs and brake pads early this month. Was told in stock, 1-4 days to ship (I've learned to verify these things now BEFORE I give my CC#)
Weeks go by. No product, no shipping confirmation, no explanation of delay. Email numerous times. Complain via customer service form @ site about non-communication. No response.
Finally get on the horn yesterday. 6 Hours (no lie) of waiting 10 minutes at a time on the 800# 10 minute hang up and go away cycle. Finally talk to a 1 day CS newbie and get told they were in stock. Changed CC companies. Big mix-up. Maybe next week they'll get to my order because of shipping dept. delays. What bunch of crap. Don't order from RG if you want anything in a timely fashion.
New Enough (NewEnough) got me boots in 2 days. Good comms about out of stock pants. Returned full CC amount even as boots were on the way to me.

I had a simular issue with motorsport.com. My Dear wife order me some parts for Christmas. A Chrome billet front brake resevior cap amd carbon fiber bar ends. After two times of them sending me a cap for a VTX 1300 and at the first of Febuary not having the bar ends yet.
I called them and told them to cancel the order. They had the nerve to argue with me that that was the right cap. Hello! VTX SQUARE! VTR ROUND!

had the same problem with ridegear. ordered some gloves and a few other items. after several weeks and phone calls i was finally told they didn't have them in inventory afterall. crappy customer service.
