It's official, George is out

At least for a while. An off in the rain sent him to the hospital for surgery on the left collarbone. Vale said he hit a white spot (paint) at a fast part which caused the crash.

Not a fan so it doesn't break my heart.

That blows! Now its going to be a Honda 1-2 for the rest of the season. Nicki may suprise us with a podium state side - if we're lucky.

Well... At least with Jorge in there, it was a fight... Now, it's a two way battle with the rest of them sitting behind to pick up the pieces when they bash into each other... The best Yamaha (the best regardless of make, actually) behind Jorge all season has been Crutchlow, and he's down on speed, making it a PITA for him to get past people...

That sucks. First off you never want to see someone get hurt. I also enjoy a sport most when the competition is closest. Much rather see someone win a close contest than by default because their closest competitor had to drop out due to injury.

Again not like I'm heartbroken though. This guy probably makes 20 million dollars a year and he'll be fine in a few months. I'm on my way to a 24 shift at a volunteer fire dept and I get a $30 stipend

Cal is bound to get a factory ride soon...

Marc Marquez escaped this incredible FP3 Assen crash with just a broken little finger on his right hand, hip bruising and broken toe on right foot

Nasty tumble after a high speed high-side.

Eating my words for breakfast this morning. Props to the guy. Although not a fan, I do respect racing with that specific injury!

That was a great race. Rossi won, Cal finished on the podium and Lorenzo - just plain awesome! He really earned his money that is for sure!
