At least for a while. An off in the rain sent him to the hospital for surgery on the left collarbone. Vale said he hit a white spot (paint) at a fast part which caused the crash.
Not a fan so it doesn't break my heart.

Of course I want to see Honda win the championship but I sure would like to see Vale win a couple races! And Nicky is my fav but the Duc is well, a sitting duc!!

Well... At least with Jorge in there, it was a fight... Now, it's a two way battle with the rest of them sitting behind to pick up the pieces when they bash into each other... The best Yamaha (the best regardless of make, actually) behind Jorge all season has been Crutchlow, and he's down on speed, making it a PITA for him to get past people...

That sucks. First off you never want to see someone get hurt. I also enjoy a sport most when the competition is closest. Much rather see someone win a close contest than by default because their closest competitor had to drop out due to injury.

Again not like I'm heartbroken though. This guy probably makes 20 million dollars a year and he'll be fine in a few months. I'm on my way to a 24 shift at a volunteer fire dept and I get a $30 stipend

Cal is bound to get a factory ride soon...
Marc Marquez escaped this incredible FP3 Assen crash with just a broken little finger on his right hand, hip bruising and broken toe on right foot
Nasty tumble after a high speed high-side.
