I would LOVE to see....
.... an IROC type thing for AMA.
I think it would be great to have the top 15 or so guys all mounting identical bikes with allowances for suspension set-up based on rider preference and weight, and then drop the green flag.
It'll never happen. Too many issues, but it sure would be a great series to see run along side the AMA races each weekend.

I read the rules for Moto-ST racing, and it divides classes by max HP. The bikes aren't identical but there are some built-in equalizers, including Pirelli being the spec tire. (Sounds like WSB, no?) BTW, the S'Hawk is specifically mentioned as a bike that qualifies for the top HP class. Hmmm... Need track day. MANY track day. (To even THINK of lining up on the grid!)
