Just finished this book by Mark Gardiner. I was hooked when I read a few segments he wrote for Motorcyclist magazine about his story a few years ago -- an older guy, amateur racer who quit everything to move to the Isle of Man and live, learn the course and race in it. Lots of side stories along the way, bike mods, friends chipping in etc.

Kept waiting for the book to come out. It did, but apparently you can only buy it from his website (ridingman.com) . Pretty cool story and some great ride descriptions and great descriptions of the island. Highly recommend for any bike enthusiast. Definitely on my list of races I want to make the trip to see one day.
