What clutch plates and springs to buy
What clutch plates and springs to buy
I am planning to replace the stock plates and springs with aftermarket parts this winter and I would like to know what is a good brand to purchase.
Thanks.
Thanks.
i have always heard barnett springs are too stiff.
here is a quote from our local motor builder... performance shop
"DO NOT USE barnett or ebc on my end as well. I have issues with barnetts getting very grabby when hot OR cold...also thier springs are way too heavy.
ebc's have never held up to hp..imo
I personally use barnett steel plates (oem ones are stupid $$$$) and they are just steel.
then for frictions i would use oem or KG's. KG's i have used for over 5 years now in alot of my own bikes, as well as MANY race and street bikes with zero issues. great clutch's."
