VFR Brakes on a VTR?
I have a line on these:
<<'01 VFR - it is both calipers, lines, resivoir, and brake lever.>>
Questions:
Will they fit on the VTR?
What will I need to retro fit for the VTR?
Are there better choices for a front brake replacement?
I agree that the VTR brakes are weak in feel.

I can't see this being an easy swap at all. The VFR runs a linked brake system, so the front also operates the rear and vice versa. There's a lot of hardware involved. Various valves making it all work, and I think the monting brackets for the front calipers are unique.

try to replace your braking pads with Carbon Loraine SBK3 or Nissin Semi-metallic pads...and instal steel braking lines...should be cheaper and easier the nissins work just perfect in my beast
