Very good day for my SH.

Did the Gsxr 1000 master cylinder and 6 piston caliper swap. New chain with a 16f/43R and a pirelli diablo corsa front tire.
This is the first time that I changed the gearing on the bike and let me tell ya. Going 2 up in the back is awesome. The bike is so much more fun and wheele happy. I had a big grin on my face. The calipers offer way better feel and I am very happy with them. here are the pics.

I went up 2on the rear sprocket and agree that this is a worth while mod. My SH feels more responsive, which makes it more fun to ride.

Are you running stock suzuki pads?

What lines are your running? VTR or suzuki?

Be careful getting use to them ESPECIALLY big high speeds pulls. That's where they really shine IMO. I run a supercorsa front that's up to the task. Changing over to EBC HH++ pads also gave them the low speed or initial activation bite that compound is known for.

Yup, a gearing change in a great mod. I think the bike was undergeared to give it that best possible range and keep it barely running in EPA sound tests.

Oh yeah, stock suzuki pads. Not as much INITIAL bite as my previous ebc HH but the feel is awesome and I am actually very happy with them. I must have ridden 200 miles last night. I was loving it. I think +2 on the back is perfect. I think going -1 on the front and +2 in the back is way too much. The bike is a wheelie machine now and I am not light by any means. I will wait to wear the pads down all the way before I change to EBC. I am using VTR lines , they are Russel SS lines. Let's ride.
