Question single sided swing arm

does anyone know of a company that makes a single sided swing arm for 2001 vtr. and if so, where can i find one and how much are they?

ive seen how to make one like the link shows but i wondered if an aftermaket company offers one that isnt ungodly expensive.

Anything you can find for an aftermarket kit, is going to be very expensive. I did find one site, but they do not list the vtr as one of the machines they have them for. At $5,500 a kit, I'd start piecing together the parts to put a vfr swingarm on. It's a bit more time consuming, but a lot easier on your wallet.

thanks for the link. it is a bit expensive but im looking ahead to next winters project. im just trying to figure out how to take my bike to the next level in customization.

spondon frames will make/sell anytype arm. they are pricey - not as bad as above but certainly over 1000 last I knew. They are also a bit hard to get ahold of but if you search spondon frames you'll find them and contact information.

why dont you go to a bike salvage yard and get a honda vfr800 swing arm, the complete brake setup, and the wheel for about $450 it bolts up and all you need is about two extra bearings.
