RELIABLE rotor supplier?

So, I need new front rotors, actually 2 sets. So far I have had the worst luck. I have already bought 3 sets, 2 used takeoffs and one new set from China from eBay. Both of the take off rotors ended up just as warped as the ones that I was trying to replace (one place accepted a return the other didn't). The Chinese rotors apparently fell off the container ship in the middle of the Pacific because they never showed up and by the time I gave up on them, it was too late to get any kind of a refund or anything.

So, do I still keep taking chances on used stock rotors, try again on the 1-2 month roll of the dice Chinese rotors, or shop for something else? So far I've only been buying the regular rotors, not any of the exotic wave or whatever style, because I haven't done any track days lately. I have seen Galfers at $300+ EACH, but they're wave style not stock.

Does anyone have experience with specific vendors? Might I have better luck if I start shopping for a different model of motorcycle that the rotors are otherwise compatible (I just read the brake swap thread)? None of the shops around me want anything to do with resurfacing like they can do with cars.

As a side note, are there any tricks to storing rims so the rotors don't get dinged and bent?

EBC I got the wave

Front and rear free from EBC because their pads screwed up my stock rotors long story

Shop around prices of going up like everything else unfortunately or you can go for used
