Rear shock shim (spacer) what thickness should I make it ???
One of my buddies can make me a rear shock spacer.
I got the plan here:
http://webpages.charter.net/gnemish/vtr_shim.JPG
My questions are:
I'll get him to make the 5mm thick shim like the plans call for.
Should I get him to make others too ?
What additional thicknesses should be made?
7.5mm, 10.0mm, 12.5mm, 15mm etc?
OR 5mm then 10mm, then 15mm ?
I'm just not sure how much difference there is for the thickness of the shim.
Any info would be appreciated.

you'll be limited by the shock linkage contacting the exhaust cross-over pipe and full extension.
I believe it's 7-8mm of shim then it hits the pipe.
I think you run out of bolt threads as well.
6mm is popular shim that gives you about 20mm increase in rear ride height if I recall.
